October 18, 2019, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Hospitality Group (VHG) and Vietnamese Academy of Hotel Management Training (VAHM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on strategic cooperation.
Accordingly, VAHM provides service packages to improve the quality of service and vocational training for 20 hotels / resorts in operation and preparing to open VHG nationwide from Sapa to Ho Chi Minh City. Mau, including:
- Recruit, train and train hotel managers of VHG.
- Design and transfer of service quality control capacity through auditing service experience chain by secret customer program, service quality audit and team attitude change training.
- Design and transfer of vocational training competencies through vocational training coaches and vocational training programs according to the Standard Procedure Suite (SOP).
- Design and implement a performance management system with a penalty and reward according to KPIs to create a talent culture.
- Periodically perform service quality audits and team competency scoring through Mistery Shopping and Online Blind Test to detect team capacity gaps with commitment to service quality to customers.
