About 28 km from Sa Pa, Ta Giang Phinh is an ancient land of Mong people residing at the foot of Ngu Chi Son mountain with the shape of 5 fingers pointing to the sky. O Quy Ho Pass pass
O Quy Ho pass, also known as Cloud pass or Hoang Lien Son pass, runs around the Hoang Lien Son mountain connecting Lao Cai and Tam Duong district (Lai Chau).
